This form helps us gather all the necessary information so that the fulfillment process will run smoothly and automatically.

Once our team has processed your request, you will receive an email asking you to digitally sign the direct debit authorization. After signing, e-influence will automatically collect payments:

• The monthly licensing fee for distribution
• The total weight of orders shipped on your behalf (up to 5 kg per shipment)

This means your fulfillment/distribution is now fully activated, and all orders will be automatically processed and shipped from now on.

When using e-influence for fulfillment, you are responsible for keeping track of your inventory levels within your own online store or software system. It is important that you ensure there is sufficient stock in our warehouse so that orders are not delayed or put on hold.

Our warehouse counts and processes exactly what you submit and record. We cannot automatically count or update inventory, and we do not provide free interim inventory counts.
