I understand that previously shared price lists, spec sheets, or formulation data are indicative based on periodically updated information and are not batch-specific. In the event of any discrepancies, the labels submitted to me for approval for each production batch shall prevail at all times. No rights may be derived from previously shared spec sheets, price lists, or generators (in accordance with Article 8.13a of the Terms and Conditions).
I understand that I am entitled to a maximum of one (1) round of free revisions to the submitted design. Any additional revisions, change requests, or revised requirements after this round will be considered additional work and billed at €85 per hour, excluding VAT, unless otherwise agreed in writing (in accordance with Articles 1.2 and 5.10 of the Terms and Conditions).
I understand that once production has begun, no further changes can be made to the approved labels, packaging, designs, or other project components. Any changes after approval or after production has begun will be implemented only if practically feasible and may result in additional costs, delays, or new production deadlines (in accordance with Section 1.2 of the Terms and Conditions).
I acknowledge that taste, style, creative direction, and brand perception are subjective, and that e-influence fulfills its obligations as soon as the delivered design, in e-influence’s reasonable judgment, aligns with the references or mood boards I provided by at least 75%. Such a delivery shall be deemed sufficient fulfillment of the assignment (in accordance with Section 1.15 of the General Terms and Conditions).
I confirm that the product name, claims, certifications, and other text I have provided are accurate and comply with applicable laws and regulations (including Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims). Ultimate responsibility for this lies with me as the client (in accordance with Articles 8.13 and 8.14 of the Terms and Conditions).
I understand that source files, working files, or editable design files (such as AI, PSD, InDesign, or 3D files) for mockups and label designs are not part of this agreement and will only be provided if this has been explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance (in accordance with Section 11.7 of the Terms and Conditions)
I understand that e-influence will develop one master design based on the specifications I provide. Labels for other products within the same supplement line will be provided as direct derivatives of this master design (same house style, branding, logo layout, and brand identity), at no additional design cost. If I wish to have a completely new, non-derived design for a product, this will be considered an additional design assignment with an extra charge starting at €295 per design, to be agreed upon in writing in advance (in accordance with Articles 11.5 and 11.5a of the Terms and Conditions).
I understand that starting with the Premium Plan or the Dropshipping Plan, one standard product mockup is included. Custom product visuals are not included as standard and will only be provided at an additional cost if I have selected this option in this form.
