Technical All-Around WordPress Specialist (HBO+)

E-influence is expanding internationally, and our digital infrastructure is growing along with us. That’s why we’re looking for a Technical All-Round WordPress Specialist who works independently, thinks on their feet, and can flawlessly implement complex website structures. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the technical foundation of our (multilingual) websites and country expansions. You’ll contribute ideas, think ahead, and only deliver work that you fully stand behind.
Responsibilities

  • Independently set up, manage, and expand WordPress websites (Elementor and/or custom themes)

  • Rolling out international websites and country-specific versions (language structure, menus, URLs, redirects)

  • Implementing new features, tools, and integrations

  • Resolving technical issues and optimizing performance and load speed

  • Working with custom post types, custom fields, filters, and navigation structures

  • Contribute ideas on technical structure, UX, conversion, and scalability

  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams regarding progress and delivery

  • Preparing and executing launches without any surprises

Qualifications

  • HBO+ level of work and thinking, preferably with a focus on development, digital design, or technology

  • Extensive experience with WordPress, Elementor, and complex website structures

  • Highly self-reliant: you quickly grasp issues and think proactively

  • Knowledge of plugins, caching, page speed optimization, and multilingual setups

  • Strong in planning and communication; you work to deadlines and deliver reliably

  • Experience with custom fields, post types, redirects, permalinks, and tag structures

  • Preferred: experience with WooCommerce, e-commerce, or international scaling structures

  • Attention to detail, logical thinking, and an eye for the big picture

  • Creative and technical mindset

Compensation

  • Compensation based on experience or hourly rate

  • Flexible work arrangements: remote or based in Enschede

  • Start date to be determined, preferably as soon as possible
